Not my usual bag but found this on an unlabelled CD and can't remember when I found/photographed them. Sadly the facilities for document photography weren't great which is reflected in the photos.

Anyway, some documents related to the erection of two HF towers for RAF South Cerney from March 1950.

Sadly no trace whatsoever of these on google earth or local live.
I thought the HF/DF station was a bit close to the approach for runway 27 in photo5.
Also the 'letters of intent' state VHF equipment, whereas the site plans are HF. Perhaps the plans refer to existing equipment.
Certainly VHF would be in use c.1950

Interesting stuff.
