Hi,
Was directed to this site by a workmate and spent a couple of hours browsing the forum so thought I had better register! I have a keen interest in aviation past and present and have always found airfields intriguing places which is just as well given that the majority of my working life has been spent on them! I grew up next to a disused airfield - Westonzoyland - and then joined the RAF Air Traffic Control Branch. I am now in civil Air Traffic Control in the South West. My one regret is not making a photographic record of all the places that I have worked. Its too easy to take things for granted!!
