Membury memorial-M4 Westbound carpark.

Not found the picture in my collection yet, but next time you are on the M4 heading west, drop in and look for the single prop blade dedicated to the 9th USAAF.

These were taken in 1998, To get in there now is not easy !

This aircraft crashed due to someone turning the runway lights off at the vital moment. A terrible tragedy for all concerned !!
