Hi Folks
Been a guest on the site a few times but thought I should sign on and introduce myself. From Derbyshire, southern most member of the ACIA group (acia.co.uk). Interested in aircraft archeology, particularly finding and recording high ground sites, and also finding and photographing aircraft memorials.

Welcome to the forum. There is a bit on memorials on the forum, well okay a lot.
Have fond memories of walking from Grindleford Station to Ladybower reservoir and to another station nearby in 197? in January and not dressed for the weather which was snow!
The thing that stuck in my mind was that the Gents urinals were outside the station building and whilst doing the business I found I was looking at the rather nice young lady who served us earlier. The urinals faced the kitchen window, near enough!!!
Not sure if there were any remains in that area though.
