Rackheath Tower Plaque.

I photographed this along with Tower last year, 2008. We were also alowed into the top main room. People were working there so just a brief quiet visit . The local farmer arrived with some kind of hoist machine. He offered us a lift-up to get a top view, I declined the offer but my mate accepted, got some very good photographs from up there.... I hate fixed heights.
