Hi everyone,
My name is Jennifer and I'm calling in from St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada (about 20 min from Niagara Falls).
My great-uncle flew with the RAF 1942-45, with Sq 19 beginning in early '44. He survived the war but not the cancer that got him in '90. I am fortunate to have all his remaining war memorabilia (log book, diaries, maps, etc) and am looking forward to a trip to the U.K. this fall to have a look at a couple of the airfields at which he was based.
Thank you to Richard, Noel and Chris for ensuring we 'airfield junkies' have a place to congregate and share information.
