Some information sent to me by Janey Hawkins


My husband's first cousin was F/Lt James Addison Hawkins, Instructor in Airspeed Oxford LB415, destroyed by collision with Lancaster W4103 over Screveton, 14 April 1944. He was not killed in the accident; he parachuted, but died later that day at RAF Hospital in Lincs (according to death certificate).
