Came across this accidentally.

The road through the site is Jimmy Brown Avenue. Ideas?

Although I have WTP open in another 'window' your location link will not work for me; also West Moor does not appear on the Dorset list of SSI so give me a clue, what's the nearest town? Is it Winterbourne Kingston?

EDIT:

Oh, I see. It was actually a test:). It is West Moors, Wimborne, Dorset.

I think that Jimmy Brown was an African-American serving with the US Army at this Depot during WW2 but can't find why he is commemorated here.
