To be honest i havnt a clue, i had a walk up past the Vic today by the Afon Artro and came across it at the villages memorial, i will go into the village tomorrow to see if i can find out

Hi there I am the Commanding Officer of the local Air Cadet Squadron. We arranged for the stone and plaque to be placed there back on 5/11/11 after it lay upside down in Maes Artro for some years following its demolishion. As you can see we place crosses and a wreath there every year during our Remembrance Day Parade as well as our annual pilgrimage to Lancaster NE132 every February. If you need any more photos let me know.
