A quick look at the jumbo's reg, and found out it's the 747 modified for Casino Royale, Currently at the Top Gear Test Track.

The USAF C130 is from the Delaware Air National Guard. Delaware was the first state to ratify the US Constituion, that's why it says "the first state" on the fin.
