If you go here.... http://www.controltowers.co.uk/Mlist.htm there is a small pic of the tower. This tower got demolished some time ago. It's certainly the one that was there back in the sixties/seventies. So, I'm not sure how old you want, the tower in the pic on Control Towers is the one that got demolished.
Like I said, ask on the Kintyre Forum, I know for a fact that there are pics of the old tower and pics of it getting knocked down out there, I've seen them. You just have to persuade folk to hand them over, good luck.

But what are they proposing to do with it?
The runway is shortened, they (at the moment) don't open at the weekends so no use for casual visitors to the Mull.
I'd be happy to go over there from say Friday to Saturday or Saturday to Sunday but they're closed and don't do the Imdemnity Scheme that HIAL do?
