It's been announced today that 9 Regiment AAC are to merge with 1 Regiment, as part of the cuts, and move to Yeovilton to operate the Lynx Wildcat.
According to the Ripon Gazette Dishforth is to become home to a unit moving back from Germany, though I'm not sure which one. What that means for the status of the airfield I don't know, will Linton on Ouse need two RLGs?

You're quite right Rich, that board belongs in SHQ, up in the tower you would have found a similar board with the off SATCO's, at Brize you will find one with my handy work on.

Nice find ! I think there are two listed on the DoB database as being near Dishforth and both to the west of the A1 ? I looked for a few hours and failed to find them !
