West Subiaco Aerodrome , Perth WA.

I recently received a picture of A Spartan Simmonds c/n plate that was dug up in the garden of a house that stands near or on the site of the West Subiaco Aerodrome in Perth Western Australia.

The plate belongs to the Spartan c/n45 VH-UMQ which was probably scrapped at that site.

I'm looking for a picture of the aerodrome or a map/chart of the precise location - so far without any success (likewise my informant in OZ has had little luck) ....can anyone help?
