Thought it was about time I put up some of my pics from my visit to Deopham Green on Sunday 24th June.

Never realised when I was here in 1999 that there is a small building (or the remains of it at least) to the left of the Nissen

Very nice photographs there Danbuoy, I didn't realise there was still so much to see. We've called there a few times since 1987 trying to find the murals [Robin Hood etc, I believe?] everyone we asked knew nothing about them... so they said !! Anybody got some photographs of these, or know if they still exist. Just found 'em at the start of this threadwhereabouts are they REF.

Believe that they are in the library on the Communal Site, and as far as I know are still there.
The murals are still there, I saw them in May while visiting with Ron Batley of the 100th BG Museum. They are in the building identified as the library in the previous photos which I believe was part of the Officers Club.
Also, the fellow that owns the property has a map like the one shown in Post #19, might be the same one. He said the building in the corner was the CO's quarters and due to be demolished soon.
