Memorial to the Polish servicemen and families

Not the easiest of plaques to photograph due to the reflection, this memorial can be found at Northwick Park Industrial Area. A mile or so outside of Blockley village in Gloucestershire, just below Chipping Campden.

When I saw the title of this thread I immediatley thought of the memorial near Northolt, Northwick park is also an area on north west London. Things you find out, and a forgotten part of British and Polish history.
