The title is misleading. This appears to be the manuscript course notes of a trainee Engine Fitter.
As a few other AiX members will verify, RAF trainees were required to keep detailed notes on subjects as they were taught and this usually required some ability to copy illustrations depicting the workings of components and colouring various sections for legibility. Curiously, on some courses teaching classified information the notes were confiscated at course end and the trainee 'lost' them. Well kept notes contributed to the trainee's pass mark.
The E-Bay offering is a personal touch to the past and I trust, at the price, a provenance is available>
