Pathfinder window at Guildford Cathedral.

Anyone got an idea why there should be a memorial to 8 Group Pathfinders here? Also about 18 other type windows to various other services.

Used to see the Catheral in the early 60s when it was still being completed. My Mum remembers seeing it in the late 30s when it was still being completed.
Still looks like a power station though.

Understated window though. I wonder if more memorials will be added?

Is the Dennis works still near there?

Yes, I agree with you as to it's constructure, nothing like the Cathedrals at say, Lincoln/York etc. Though depending on what your beliefs are? Power Station is a very good discription....
