    I have no time for Twitter or Facebook however I had a look because I am aware that Dan Snow is doing some work in Northern Ireland presently regarding the Second World War Heritage ...And he seems to have found the Battle HQ at Limavady!!

    Default Limavady Electricity Generator Building

    I was pleased to find what appears to be the Electricity Generator Building at Limavady Airfield virtually intact!

    Just goes to show that doing your research certainly pays off - I know it would be interesting when I say the external pipes for the engines inside.

    Just watched the Dan Snow programme 'Dig WW2'. What an excellent programme and not just for the stuff about the airfield and Battle HQ.
