A few that I took 22-06-10. Walked half a mile along a grass track in the blazing sun only to find the track that leads to the road through the OPEN gate.

The memorial at Waithe was dedicated on Remembrance day in 2009

You can just see Waithe Church in the treeline in the background of the centre photo

The freestanding information boards were only there for the dedication

Be aware this memorial is on private land. It is located next to a farm yard at the top of the rise above Waithe, accessible via a tarmaced farm road opposite the copse. The main road is the A16 which can be fast moving. The farm road is gated an the gate is normaly locked
