Thanks for those pictures. I have litte memory of this place after visting it in the mid 60's after the camp had closed down, I seem to remember a large turkey farm being there on part of the runway is it still there I wonder?
Pigs are now being raised on the last remnants of runway.It's very probably the same area that was used as a turkey farm at the time of your visit.
