I can remember seeing this on an old ARG publication.....has anyone got any information on this?

It was AR No.92. page 135 - an article by Mark Gaskell. Were you hoping for further info Mick, or the article itself?

Rather interested in this information as I lived in Wigan from 1939 to 1960 and still go back there, news to me.

Well, if these are still available I'll be purchasing this.....But a little information would be nice.

Sorry, I didn't know we could get back issues, I got the information from an ARG mag I put in a bid on E Bay. I must admit I was born in Wigan and I've never heard of this at all. Mind you this is the same bloke took driving lessons on Burtonwood in 1978 and didn't take a camera....oh for a time machine!
