Victoria Park (US 82nd Airborne Division)

This granite boulder can be found on Victoria Park on the outskirts of the main City Centre here at Leicester. It is dedicated to the men of the United States 82nd Airborne Division and was unveiled on the 10th of may 1986 by the division's wartime Commanding Officer Major General Matthew B Ridgeway -
