Do I see correctly? Is Brno falling victim to the 'Solar Array fungus' too? :S

It is indeed, as is Caslav, only not quite so close to the airfield there. There was a government incentive to invest in solar farms which expired last year and it seems that every spare piece of ground in the country is now covered in them as a result.
