I was first told about this marker stone in the mid eighties, though not the exact location. Forgot all about it til... last year? On my way home from Lincolnshire every thursday I now know that I was driving right past it...

for 15 years !! Typical !!!

I finally got around to visiting the memorial on Saturday 15 Sept 2012. It has been cleaned up alot siince airfields man's photos last year however the entrance to the car park has been blocked off by an very freshly piled earth mound. No idea what is happening here, can anyone provide an update?
