Seen at RAF Station Chipping Ongar (also known as Willingale)
noticed this on a recent trip to North Witham; intersection of the main 20/02 and 12/30 runways, it looks like there was a false start in digging the original holes in the runway for these lights as there are patches within feet of the installed equipment,
