A new memorial for the Royal Anglian Regiment commemorating all those who have died in operations since the 60s. Not strictly aviation related, but at Duxford and a moving monument so I make absolutely no apologies for posting. The flint of East Anglia in the design really struck me....

Apologies for the quality, it was a wet and windy day

A few that I took today. Didn't notice this til we were going back to the car after the airshow, hence the position of the sun.

Took these today in the Airborne museum that's within the Airspace hangar. (Close to the M11)

I've found this listing on the South Cambs DC website:

    https://www.scambs.gov.uk/sites/www....cluding%20.pdf

It shows quite a number of memorials lodged at Duxford and now in storage (if they have not been thrown out yet!).
