LOL. You beat me to it. I'll upload a couple more later when I've sorted through them.
I made a special trip once on the way home from work to have a look. It just amuses me that all HAA sites attract horse breeders, and decoy sites attract sheep (usually dead after falling down the (non) escape hatch.
Mike hasn't got many horses in the field at the moment. It's not much different now from when you took your photos except there is a lot more rubble piled up.
The Frodsham site is very nice, very intact, and used for horses, and the owner is quite amenable to visitors as well. I don't think I've posted any pictures on here for Frodsham.
Thanks for the images. I'm not a 'horsey' type but from my farmboy days they don't like wet feet.
